go to "start > all programs > accesories > paint", from paint choose "open" and browse your documents for the picture you want, open it and then go to "image > stretch/skew". If you shrunk it too much, go to "edit > undo" and try again
once it's shrunk go to "save as" and save it as "JPG" or "JPEG" type, different name, same folder
