A CRT on add Banners, do they work, do the fail?

I am not advertising our comic. I am working on banners and need peoples opinions on how they look and what I can do better. Cuz good banners are important. Here are some samples of some I've made. I would like to have an honest opinion about them.

i like the first one the best. the name stands out better than the second one. it also has room for a further description on the right side. the second one is OK but is missing what the comic might be about. the third one looks squished. you can't see the nose and mouth of the girl with purple hair.

I like the way the third one looks better, except the font. Hard to read. You should make another banner like that one with a more readable font.
