Well I think that looks fantastic. It's a great example of black and white art!
The only thing that leaps out at me is her left arm/hand:
It looks like it's not sure what it's supposed to be doing. It seems perfectly poised to sit on her left hip (the weighting and bending is just right), but it's way too far forward for that. And then I think it must be about the grab the hilt of that sword (?), but its weighting and posing doesn't look right for that, (i.e. more like sitting on her hip).
So there you go. I hope I don't seem overly critical there. I love the pic, but yu did ask for a critique and that's the only thing I could really find on the whole image that could maybe use to tweaking. And even then you could get away without that.
Looks nice to me, but I agree that the hand could have been improved (or could be improved) slightly by just tilting in down to show that it's rested on the waist.
Other than that, great!
