For intros:

The way the intro works is that Artist A posts his pages first until his intro is complete, then Artist B does the same. Once both intros are done, artist A starts the fight with a max of 2 pages. The two page max does not apply to the intro.

But keep in mind you have 5 days to complete your turn, and not 5 days per page.
So if you want your intro to have 15 pages, you still only have 5 days to get it posted.
