E, B, C#m, A
Learn to play these four on a guitar and you can spend an entire evening entertaining people around the campfire.
Those were my two cents.

Amazing!
Does anyone know how many songs use the power riff as "wild Thing" by the Trogs?
I've heard they weren't the first with it, but it's the oldest one I've heard. Let's see, "more than a feeling" by Boston.
"Baby I don't care" by Transvision Vamp.
I think I've heard others but can't recall them right now... ANyone else or is this all new to you?

You know "Waltzing matilda" is such a standard it could be argued that every one of those artists probably heard it and subconsciously used those chords. lol!
Someone once said that every possible combination of chords has already been done at least once. Just keep writing new words. ;)

I'm certain that the guys who made the video were trying to say the exact same thing. I fully understand the "limits" of the spectrum of sound we can hear and thus there's only so many combination of sounds we can make. The more ideas people put forth, the more things get invented, the more poems, music, stories get written, the harder it becomes for the rest of us to be original.
All in all, it's good for a laugh.
Those were my two cents.

It IS good for a laugh... It's one of those things that makes you think, "Holy crap, how did I not notice that?"

I think the truer point is that there's only so many sounds we can make that anyone would actually want to listen to.
Also, I can't help but be reminded of this classic Mystery Science Theater moment:

There are times when I think MST3K sums up the entire human condition and everything else always goes back to it. Like six degrees of Kevin Bacon everything goes back to MST3K.
lol! Tusk!
