Sadly, that's actually a fake. I've seen this posted elsewhere. If you actually watch, you'll find that you never see a far out picture of him actually painting the picture, only his hand, or his face with the picture cut off.

Im sure its fake because thats... just impossible. He cant even think really, hes freakin 3. How could he possibly draw things in that level of detail?
When I was 3 or so, my very first drawings were heads with arms and legs coming out of them.

Yeah I noticed through the whole video you didn't actually see him "painting," I think I even saw his dad's (I'm asuming thats the person who shot the video xD; ) hand doing some of the work. XD
It remindes me of that girl who says she has a "gift from God" to paint and did these amazing sketches at 4 years old after seeing an angel. I don't know if she's fake or not, however I remember seeing one of her first sketches on tv and it looked an awful lot like that hand that's sketched on the "Academie" brand paper cover. >o>'
