Well this is just one page's from ryu-hime, which i've been on hiatus so long that you all forgot me. I just want thoughts on the art for this page. should i color it or leave it this way? im hoping to get my readers back so any crits (on this page not the whole comic) would really help.

Well that page contains beautiful and top notch art, but then you already know that. It could do with some delicate shades of pastels. But it will stand on its own as it is. Actually I'm opposed to coloring the cover page or chapter page if the rest of the work is going to be in black and white. If, however, the rest of your work is also going to contain color then go for it.

The above is not much help I know, but the rendering itself is beautiful work.

um um... It looks fine black and white-- keep it that way. I just have a little suggestion about the right breast there. The way the cloth is falling it looks like she doesn't have one.
But otherwise it's beautiful. I missed this style when it left the cartoons.
