E.G I want something like a affiliate page, how would I add one?
I know it has something to do with uploading an HTML file...

Yes, that's right. Just go to the files section of your comic account and upload a custom HTML page that you've made.

Mishi has a nice design you could use here and at the bottom of the Black and White template tutorial is one I've made to fit in with the Black and White templates.
