Used Books is a serial/episodic graphic novel. The story is something along the lines of crime adventure that follows the lives of a former assassin, former police officer, and an orphaned scholar in the years following the dissolution of a pervasive crime syndicate. Some episodes are dramatic while others take the form of a classic who-dun-it. There's murder, humor, psychosis, manipulation, friendship, a touch of romance, and generous levels of backstabbing (literal and figurative). If that sound like your kind of story, you might enjoy Used Books.

I started uploading Used Books on DD in Feb. 2007, and it's just under 750 pages, so it holds some appeal to anyone who feels like having a lot to read (and dealing with some, um, rough early art). If the archives intimidate you and you'd like to start reading with just the current updates, you can "cheat" using the full plot summary I just finished making today.
