One team has a horrible monster and a pirate, and the other has a superhero and a roach man! A tale as old as time, if you ask me. And the arena this time is...
The World of Tomorrow!
In this fight, the contestants will be sent to the far-off year of 1992! This new and exciting future world is what we all dreamed it would be in the past: automatic dishwashers, jetpacks, automatons who do our bidding and will surely never revolt and take over the human race- it's all here! Why you could even visit the moon, like our brave astro-men! Anything is possible, because today, tomorrow is yesterday, today!
The rules will be the same as always, with a minor change in the deadline time.
- No one-shot-kills.
- Remember to respect your opponent's pages (that means no rewriting history).
- 7 days from NOW to get your intro pages in.
- Your opponent should not be any (major) part of your intro pages.
- 9 days to post each turn, timed from the posting of the previous turn.
- Because there is a 10 day time frame, you may put pages up one at a time. When you put a comic page up, you are required to add before or after the image if there is more to comic. Something like "Page 1 of 4". This will eliminate any confusion that we've had in the past.
- MAX of 4 pages per turn, apart from the first intro.
My super-advanced computatron is telling me that Team YearghChomp will be the first team to go!
Yeah, but it aint good news I'm afraid. I got nothing, and seeing how I'm gonna be without internets for at least a week (or as it seems likely, longer) I'm not gonna have anything to show, sorry guys, this year's been a little more hectic than I'd expected and I've not been able to balance as much as I'd've liked.
Alright then, since this fight looks dead, I guess I'll have to call it. The winners by default are Team OOPS! Not. I'd say to put up a victory page, but there's not much victory, is there?
