Well, I just got on the main page today, and I noticed something weeeirrrrd... All the featured comics images are replaced with pics from what I believe are Kotaku.com? There's an image of Starcraft II, a desktop, Fallout 3, and team Fortress 2... And the Drunkduck home icon is also from TF2. But when I open the page up in Incognito mode, the page works fine. Is something wrong with my browser?

Possibly. Google Chrome is buggy. -_-

I tested it in IE8, Firefox 3.5 and Seamonkey and it showed fine. There's a possibility it might be some stupid new form of advertising that's messing up, since only people in certain regions get that... You're also running steam at the same time I notice. Any possibility that it's interacting with Google Chrome and slotting those images in? Only one of those images seems formatted right for those positions afterall and if they really were loaded through the DD system they would HAVE to be in exactly the right format because that's how that part of the system works.

Kotaku is just as much of a chaotic beast in terms of code as DD, with tons of crashing scripts and an over reliance on java and other such nonsense.

I guess it was only a matter of time before the two sites morphed together into one terrifying monster. Close your browser, burn your computer, and cry it out bro.

It could also be some sort of caching problem, if they're referencing files that have the same name or something... that seems less likely but if it's always loading the SAME images rather than random ones it might indicate something.

So I'm guessing it's either your browser or you have some kind of malware.

I think Skoolmunkee was right. I cleared my cache and went to the main page, and it is fixed. :P Thanks all! And I didn't even have to destroy my computer! :D
