You know, that's true. The last time I heard about it happening, it was the other way around. Somebody dressed as Goofy (I think) was being sued for groping some lady as their photo was taken together. I think he was acquitted though, because it all came down to the fact that in that kind of suit you can't see where your hand is going and he had no intention of groping anyone.
not to devalue the matter, but people with jobs that require them in costumes tend to get felt up or tormented a lot while the work. so this doesn't really seem like news to me.
