CLICK ON "MY ACCOUNT"
(ON THE RIGHT, UNDER THE PIC OF YOUR AVATAR)
YOU WILL SEE "E-mail address:" AND NEXT TO THAT WILL BE YOUR CURRENT E-MAIL ADDRESS.
NEXT TO THAT IS THE WORD "change". JUST CLICK ON THAT TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS.
Anyway, you weren't verified. I've done that for you now.

Clicking on "change" should reveal a box for you to enter in your e-mail and a button for you to click to submit the change.
If that's not coming up then there may be some compatibility problems with your browser. Firefox 3 is the one that usually works best on all computers.
I think it's possible that because he's COPPA restricted, the system doesn't save his e-mail (or at least won't display it anyplace other than the database), maybe he doesn't have the option to change it for security reasons? Does anyone have an under-13 account they can check to see if that's the case?
OK, I checked it out Skool.
Under-age people who are COPPA restricted can not change their e-mail, you are correct!
However, if COPPA restriction is taken off then they can.
And the thing is that I'd already done that for joshuabush23 the other day when I verified him, just in case... So if his browser supports all the functions of DD, then he really should be able to change the e-mail.
-Also, when I signed up the new account just now as under-age and everything, I had no trouble getting my verification e-mail, so I'm glad that feature is still working
-I was starting to worry with all the posts recently asking for verification.
