Here's an odd question for ya. How do I go about removing myself as assist on a comic that hasn't updated in almost 2 1/2 years? I've clicked on just about every button and link I can think of, but can't find it anywhere.

To clarify... I'm the assist on a comic where the original creator doesn't come to the Duck anymore... I'm not even sure they're AROUND the internet anymore. So normally THEY could just log in and delete me... but since they're not around, I don't have that option.

It's stupid isn't it?
There's no way to do it on the site, unless you're the person that added you in the first place.

If you really, really need it done we have to ask the retired coder of our site, Volte6. That can take quite a while and he's very busy... So it's not something we like to do to often.

blah, I wouldn't want to impose on someone, especially someone that's retired, just to remove myself from a comic.

I'll just let it sit there in my profile, it doesn't hurt anything.

I know how you feel. The same thing happened to me a few years ago and it took a while to change, even when he was still working here. At least the comic you're attached to is rather nice looking. If I manage to corner Volte6 at some stage I'll ask him about your issue.

Heh, yeah, Knights of Vesteria even got featured, waaayyy back in 2006 or so, before it died in 2007.

I miss that story. But Tdot's just not around anymore. It was a good comic. *sigh*
