Hey folks. I recently got some ads to put up on my dd page but I am functionally html illiterate.

It says to paste into the source. I go to The Raw Html button on my layout and paste the ad code into the body.
refresh page... nothing....

I dont know much of anything about html and the person I usually turn to is on a trip to san fran for the week

Help!

It would help to know what section of the html you pasted it into. All sections are not created equal

If you inserted above the <head> or <body> tags, then you might not see it. webpage elements should (almost) always be under the <body> tag.

Also, if you were using a normal DD template from the list of templates, in order to use the raw html feature you need to select the "0. Default/Custom HTML" option

Otherwise, any change you make will never show up.

thanks man! I was able to get it to work. It will work the way it is right now until my web designer friend gets back from vacation
