I went to HMV and bought Spawn - no not that shit live action movie, the totally radical amazing animated series. It outclassed the live action film in everything: story, characters, acting, violence, gore and awesomeness. Plus for $6 dollars a season, that's fucking awesome. And don't think that it's a shitty show cause it's sold for so cheap, it's just totally forgotten. IMDB gave it an 8.5 (the movie got 4.8). Anyway the first season was "SPECIAL" edition, the second season was the "COLLECTOR'S" edition and the third was just the normal edition, weird huh? Anyway I bought them since they're very hard to get a hold of (even on the internet), and plus they're the cheapest DVD set for a 3 season show that I've ever seen (ever see anime boxed sets, or DVD's - like $20 for 4 episodes!!).

Anyway I guess there's talk about a new Spawn movie, which is probably why they're selling a bunch of the DVD's. Well if it's anything like the old movie, it'll be bad. But if it's like the show, it'll be awesome beyond belief.

I'd love if the publishers would have had the humor to actually put that on the DVD.

Sounds like you got a good deal. Heck. I'm sure that's cheaper then the cost of electricity and internetconection, required to illegally download the episodes of all three seasons.
