I was just thinking about how many magic-based comics there are on DD and wondering, what would happen if the denizens of these comics went though a competition to see who was worthy of becoming Drunk Duck's Sorcerer Supreme? There could be a series of magic-based tests (turn a bat into a some sort plant!) and then one character would be crowned DD's number one magic honcho. Does this sound like a good idea to anyone else?

Well, I figured the winner (or winners) could be decided via vote. Like, for example, there'd be five categories: Transformation, Levitation, Creation, Illusion, and Free Style. Each contestant would draw their submitted character performing each of these tasks (or however many they could actually do) submit the pictures to the Sorcerer Supreme contest comic. The entries would be titled "Kate's Entry: Illusion" "Kate's Entry: Creation", etc. The entries would come in until the deadline, when people would start voting. You'd vote for who you wanted to win in which category and whoever won the most categories would become the Sorcerer Supreme.

Just sample of how I think it should go.

Something like this sounds pretty cool - Marvel's having a new Sorceror Supreme soon (sorry, Dr. Strange!) so why not Drunk Duck?

This is basically what Magickmaker said but I'd say: Do it like the Olympics. There should be actual events. You draw a page of your character doing what they would do in the competition and then readers judge how they did. You could even like have a team of characters representing your comic and choose who to use in each event. Oh BlkKnight your banner PWNs.
