I suppose this is easy to do since the icons of the list already change when you read a new PQ, so I'm suggesting this: each time you reply a PQ, its icon on the list could change to some other icon to mark the PQ as replied.

Used to seeing this feature on most websites with some form of community setup, so I must say I was a bit surprised to see that it's not to find here.
