It's IMVU, a community network (much like Gaia) where you can create your own "dolls" via their 3D flash program, by buying hair/eyes/skin/clothes/backgrounds et.c with real money

*points up* Yes, IMVU. You actually can join up and use the available free tokens to customize your character, although it goes a lot slower that way.
