I went there once and was harassed by like 5 people. I don't recommend going to an elitist IRC channel.

In all fairness, I went there once (months ago) and it wasn't so bad. But after a few minutes, there wasn't a lot to talk about, either, unfortunately. I suppose that's potentially true of any chatroom.

Haha! I actually have to admit that I missed that line. But it doesn't matter. It's not that I dislike the people that run it (though it's obvious that they dislike me). I don't think about them in any way, shape, or form. They mean absolutely nothing to me.

That said, there is a reason that this chat room is "UNofficial". Please keep in mind that many of the people that go there have been banned from DD for anti-community behavior. But I can guarantee you that NONE of the people that run the current one will be welcome to run one that ever became official.

I want him to rub off on me, if you know what I mean.

Well huh. Did it start off as a nice sweet chat about the webcomics here and evolve into something else over time? I've seen that trend in forums, they start off goodnatured and fun then after a few bad eggs run amok over the normal posters the forum admin gets tired of it and lets things fall apart.

Ah well one good thing about DD irc is the members make some really good graphs.

Been there a few times. Most of the time I got ignored whenever I tried to say something. Other times I got insulted. Haven't been back since.

I'd like to ask who it is that frequents #drunkduck that was banned for anti-community behaviour.
