In the computer lab of the art wing at my school they have wacom graphire tablets, probably about 6x8 dimensions, but for some reason the tablet just doesn't seem to work. It's plugged in, all the programs for it seem to be set up, and It even has a program up designed specifically for the board, and it doesn't work. It just has no response at all. Is there a special stylus you have to use, because there isn't one there at the lab, just the board, and the stylus I'm using is getting no response from the thing. It's a non-electronic stylus pen. If anybody could tell me if I'm doing anything wrong before tomorrow, that would be awesome.
Wacom's have their own stylus, there's something inside that the board responses to. You'll need to get a Wacom Stylus for it to work. I don't think it would matter which one, but I'm not positive on that, I've only got the one.
The lights on the board, but the pen's just not there. Probably in a nearby cabinet or something. Somehow I get the feeling I should just get my own tablet, but I don't know if I want to fork out $100 for an art supply when I make nothing as it is from this.
