I was going to help some of my friends out with their comic once, so I was added as an assistant. However, they haven't done anything with the comic since, so now I'm stuck as an assistant to this dead comic. Will there be a way/is there a way to remove myself as an assistant?

I had that problem too. The only thing to do is somehow hope you can get a hold of the user who owns it. Otherwise the only way would be to get an admin to use their account to take you of as assistant. I'm not so sure if they would, but it's a possibility, right?

Nope, we can't remove assistants. It's on our 'admin wants' list, but who knows when those will happen Unfortunately you'll have to get your friend to remove you.

I just had this problem begin happening to me recently. Except I don't even know the author and was made his/her assistant with out asking me or me even wanting to be an assistant. I tried PQing him/her but it seems he/she's younger than 13 since I'm geting the cant recieve Tikimail message... So I can't even get in contact with him/her to ask for my removal.

EDIT: *slaps self in forehead* I just realized I can ask on his/her comic... hope he/she reads his/her comments.
