Yeah, I'd like to sign up for a DD booth spot if they're gonna come back to WW Texas.

DD's appearance at last year's Wizard World (and the webcomics panel they hosted) is what drove me to "simulcast" Times Like This on this site in the first place.

Maybe! That would be fun - I've never been to a convention before...

How much does it cost for your own space at something like this? I couldn't find any info at the WW site.

Last year was the 1st time I ever went to one, and it was really fun being at the DD table.

Not sure if I'll get to go this time.

It's $200 for a 4 foot table (w/ 1 chair and 2 badges) or $300 for an 8 foot table (w/ 2 chairs and 2 badges) in Artist Alley.

Would be cool if we could set up a mini DD area. Zac, was you guys (Riot, Wingnut, other Mediocre Militia, etc) going to get a table? We could go in on some space. I would donate the $300 for a 2 seat 8 foot table, if we could get another one of those tables and set them together it would function as a nice little DD area.

Doesn't look like DD is going to do an official booth this year, but it would be kinda cool for some of us to chip in and get our own unofficial booth.

$300 would get us a large table and passes for two people (which makes the table $220). Each additional person would be $40 for a 3-day ticket, and we could rotate booth duty (two chairs available).

So... *does shoddy math* If we get, say four people to pitch in, our cost per person would be just under $100 ($95/person is what I'm getting). Pretty snazzy, eh?

ALSO! We could get a smaller booth with only one chair for $200. That still gets us passes for two people with each additional ticket at $40 for a total of $280. So splitting four ways would only cost us about $70!

Yay, WWTX! I think the volunteers are going to commandeer a table of their own this time, if not we'll be in our smallish command-center closet again.

I'll be there pushing people toward your table/s if thats cool and definitely stopping by again. As far as I've heard from the volunteer front (as I'm sure the militia will be excited to hear) the entire gang will be back from last year. If you need anything just ask, and we'll be happy to do what we can!

i will have a table in artist alley under Great ape press or something like that. im pretty exited, this will be my first time in artist alley.

I'm probably going to be there...just to go since I've never been to a con before.
