yeah this is really annoying!
When you upload a new page to your comic. There's this "authors note" you know? On my latest update I wanted to write something a little longer than just "yay another update!"
But when I uploaded the pages, half of the text is gone! I have gone through this before so I copied the text before posting, and I went to the page to edit the text. to simply re-paste the text. But it results in a half-chopped text as before.

Is there anyone more than me who has this problem? and is there any way to fix this?

Did you use any special characters in your comments as part of emotes such as:
>_< or \^_^/

Or whatever?

Those contain special HTML characters that will cut your text off when printed in your comments. Either the "/", "\", "<", or the ">".
I'm not sure which exactly but try not to use them ok? ^_^
