every time i try too change my avatar it doesn't change. can any one help me?

That's the image bug.

All you can do is make the new avatar a different file type. It's jpg now, so try png or gif next. Once you've tried all the types you can't change it anymore.

Don't know if they will ever bother fixing it... it's been a problem for 6 months.

Upload the image and then press crtl and F5, it'll clear the cache until your new avatar shows up.
