So I thought I'd make a Project Wonderful 160x600 tower ad. Talked someone into helping me make a flash ad. And then we find out that PW doesn't accept Flash format (swf). Only jpg, gif, gifanim.

Can anyone suggest what the heck I should do with a 160x600 flash format tower ad? It's 710 kbs (uncropped).

Also, this flash ad is wider than 160x600. It's supposed to be cropped. She says it's automatically done when it's "embedded onto a page." Is that how it works (this is her first flash)? I just figure that cropping it would subtract from the 710 kbs file size.
