We're very sorry, this is a very old bug. Sometimes it works after a long time and sometimes never
It's strange. For instance, I had a comic in the number one spot for months and I've never received the top ten trophy (still go in the top ten sometimes even now). And yet I've got the 500 page trophy just because I'm an assistant on Charby the Vampirate...?
The way I understand it bugs are usually executable code that conflicts with other executable code.
Problem is there are pages and pages of code with millions of commands and it could be something as small as one character messing things up. It's like finding a needle in a haystack. It's even worse when nobody has the time to look for the needle to begin with.

"To a rational mind, nothing is inexplicable. Only unexplained."
I'm afraid at this point that they're probably much more likely to get rid of the trophies before spending the time to fix them... they were a feature that was done at spur of the moment to increase 'networking' and to pad out the profile pages a bit, but the programmer was never given enough time to do the job completely, which is why they don't work reliably. :[

Don't get rid of them!
I like them even if they are glitchy!
