The comic's still new and all, but I'm looking for some good constructive critisism!

http://www.drunkduck.com/After_Lily/

Here's the description:
Lily never really got a chance at life, so when she ends up in the afterlife, she is determined to catch up on all the things that she missed. However, this may be difficult, considering that her #1 dream is to become a Grim Reaper!

What's good? What's bad? I'll never know unless you tell me!

you have some nice work here!
the critisizm that stuck right away was the way you draw faces when they aren't looking straight forward. a lot of times they get this flat slant on the side that looks verry unnatural, kinda of like they fell and hit their head against a desk and it made that side of their face flat. i used to do that too when i used to draw manga style. sometimes it gets accentuated becuase the eyes will be slanted one way and the mouth another and will be so low they have that kind of alein look with the big eyes and no chin. very a-symmetrical.

also, try to have more shots showing more of the body and different veiws. must of the veiws in tour comic are from the waist and up. you'll be surprised how much more dynamic your characters can look if you show their entire bodies.

like i said, you also have some verry nice stuff. i like some of the shading and some of it's a little erie. but work on these things and you'll improve a lot more.

Hey PF, how come everybody gets some real critique out of you and I get a "cute"?? ><

Hehe, actually I agree with him(?) there, let us see some legs, would really add some volume.

Love the way you draw, it's actually quite cute, and the fact that you made it look as if you colored with crayons makes it look even easier on the eyes, kind of makes me smile while reading if not for the blood'n'gore. Damn man you've got some grim ideas there .

First off i want to start by saying i really love the eyes. You do them really well. In so many ways the eyes are one of the most perfect tools to accentuate emotions. (Eyes and the mouth) So great job there.

I too, find that the faces tend to look slanted. More often than not i notice it on KaiKai, but its not too much of a problem. I don't really know how to say to fix it rather than simply trying out some real life drawings. Example, still life paintings could help. By learning to draw natural curvature of objects and people it could suddenly become a natural instinct. Maybe that might help, i don't know.

I too like to draw but i don't have the guts to actually try something. Or did might be the better word, i think i want to try my hand at this. I just don't know when, i am busy with school at the moment.

College SUX. Then again so does everything else.

Anyway i really like it, and i hope you continue to have fun and learn a lot from your work.
