What is the DD Cam and what is needed to operate the function?

The DuckCAM was an awesome idea Volte6 had, in which he set up a camera that took a picture automaticaly every 15 seconds. It was really cool for a week, then died horribly. But, like a Phoenix risen from the ashes, it has come back, in a whole new glory. It's offline right now, but once Volte6 gets back to work...

Also, this time, it isn't a camera. It's a webcam, and is LIVE, BABY, LIVE.

Pretty damn neat there, Volte.
