Does anyone know a quick and easy way to create rain in photoshop? Thank you! :D

I dont know about photoshop but its fairly easy to do by hand... If you just go across the panel with a ruler making randomly placed and lenghted straight lines. This can give a nice rain effect. Well actually this technique is more cartoony than what your probably looking for but it doesnt hurt to try.
