You have to host this image somewhere, such as right here on Drunkduck in your Files section on your comic, assuming you have one. If you don't, then you don't need a banner.

Assuming you want the picture to link to something, you would use this.

Picture link;
{url=http://www.drunkduck.com}{img}http://www.drunkduck.com/yourcomic/gfx/yourpicture.png{/img}{/url}

Replace the curly brackets with square ones.
Please, please, you give me too little credit.
