my friends said that they tried to send me pqs but it said that i'm unable to send them. Someone help plz!!!!

It's probably because when you entered your age in, you made yourself below 13 or something. Now if their own ages are set higher then they can't PQ you. It's about child protection or somesuch...

Just get them to make you a friend and leave messages for each other on your profile pages ^_^
