I do my lettering in photoshop cs2. on the last couple of strips the lettering is suddenly real pixalated. I must have turned somthing on or off! I'll be darned if I can figure out what. Any thoughts?

Sounds like anti-aliasing to me. Turning it on makes lines look good onscreen but terrible in print. Turning it off makes it look pixelated onscreen but much better in print. That'd be my first guess.
