I don't really use radial speed lines (you know, the ones that go from the panel's borders to a centered point) because I don't know how to do them effectively (I use Flash MX).

Can you tell me how you do them, or have a useful link? I'd really like to start using them in my comic with a little help from you...

Scroll down and click on the "zoom lines" image pack. That should give you plenty of speedlines to work with- I use the ones from there all the time.

Yeah, that site has some useful stuff, but I'd like to know how you actually "make" them. The ones on that site are scanned and I don't think would work well with my art.

Anyone wants to share their tips and tricks?

Hmmm, well, when I do draw mine by hand, like on the latest page of my comic, I just pick a point and draw all the lines pointing in by hand. A possible way to do it would be to draw a dot in the centre, draw likes coming out from the dot (or even going through the dot, so it's like a big asterisk with a lot more lines), then rub half of all the lines and the dot in the middle out.
