Hey guys! This is my first attempt at sequential story telling. I'm doing this as a portfolio builder. I'm not much of a writer so this is mostly to practice my art. Hopefully, you do enjoy the story as it eventually goes along, but right now there are only 3 pages.

The story is of 4 friends who live in Human City. Human City is an oppressive post apocolyptic town.. and that's all I can say for now, because I don't want to ruin a future story.
The "downfall" of the town allowed some to rise to power and some gain fantastic powers! Follow our main cast as they steal to survive in a hopeless town.

Let me know what you think! All comments and constructive criticism are greatly appreciated. It's a fresh chance to have an unbiased opinion of what I'm doing (instead of getting praise from the girlfriend, friends, etc.)

Thanks a lot! Here's the link:

Wherever people call for constructive crit...it's...MONGOOSE to the rescue!

To start off, I should say that I think your comic is extremely good, well above average webcomic fair. The following criticism is just to help you solve some minor niggles.

The pages are just a bit too big. You've gone down since the first page, but they're still too wide for people on lower desktop resolutions. Make sure they're under 800px wide. about 600-750px will do the trick.
Get a better font. The copperplate isn't doing you any favours.
dafont.com or blambot are good sites for free font downloads. Both have 'comics' fonts sections. Oh, and on the subject of fonts, your narration boxes are a little dark. They fade into the background and are easy to miss.

There are some minor anatomical issues. Work on how you draw the point where the jaw and the neck meet. It took me ages to work out why the heads looked a little awkward, and then it hit me, it's the jawline. the jaw needs to finish at the bottom of the earlobe, rather than going right back to the back of the head, and the top of the ear should be level with the middle of the eye. Try it, you should see a difference.
The arms and torsos are a little skinny and lacking definition in places. Some study of the basic bone and muscle structure of the body would help make the people look more solid.

The backgrounds are excellent. Good choice of angles and lots of detail put in, very atmospheric. The panelling doesn't need any work, it looks very good. Nice pacing, and good sense of movement and action. It's looking good, it just needs a few tweaks and you'll have a solid portfolio piece.

Thanks, Darth Mongoose.

I've been cringing at my own choice of font, as well. I kind of just settled for it. I'll look into the site you suggested.

As for the anatomy issues, it's something I'm always struggling with, as well as any aspiring artist does, I'm sure. Thanks for the advice!

UPDATED. I actually went back and added a lot more story to the previous pages. Hopefully you can start getting more out of it.
