I can't figure out how to post comments on comics, plz help, i'm new here

Underneath each comic, if you are logged in, there should be an empty white box you can type in. type your comment in there and then click the 'say it' button ... and there you are!

umm i looked for the box while i was logged in and couldn't find one. Is it just me or do i not know how things work around here?
