I have no experience with HTML, but I would like to add vote buttons for both TWC and Buzzcomix to my pages. How can I do it?

Well your template still applies to the raw html. Just go to 'raw html' and find a spot to put the code that the voting site provides. (I know for a fact that they both provide HTML for you to put on your site)

Just search through your code and find the <!--[AUTHORS_NOTES]--> tag and put the vote code under there. That's usually a pretty safe place to stick em.
