I see & understand the instructions on the My Control page, but it doesn't work - even when the image is the correct proportions. The "send pages" button works fine...is this what I'm to press once I've browsed and selected my new thumbnail? Am I nuts? It doesn't work! Ahhhh!

Also: how do I (in simple terms please) create a link to an exterior website within my author notes. I know it's HTML code, but that's all Greek to me.

Didn't you ask this already? Just keep clicking around there until it does work... Eventually you'll be able to get it to work. That "send" button thing is a bit of a nasty bug.

You could always make me an assistant, load up a copy of your thumbnail somewhere and tell me where to find it. and then I'll put it up for you.

( NOTE: replace the curly brackets { with square brackets ] )
