Hmm,
You asked for a crit for your comic. Quite simply, there's nothing there worth critiquing. There is one badly drawn MS Paint looking comic with a picture of a chip, a block and a stick man. Is it supposed to be humerous? Retrospective? What is it? You can't critique one comic.
I suggest you make some more comics, make them make sense and then reapply.
I believe I should probably clarify things a bit.
(and by the way, it's Paint.NET. I'd never use MS Paint)
This is a comic that questions comics in its own little way. See, the comic doesn't have to have a point. It's a medium, and there are no requirements. It's almost an abstract mixed with a humor piece.
You're right, I should make some more comics. But what I'm doing now is, I'm getting people to come in here and know that it's there so they can stay with it as it progresses. It's kind of a habit of mine due to a severe hatred of getting in to a comic (any comic) when it's already begun.
Anyways, there are definitely more on the way. So don't worry.

I absolutely agree! Comics need no point at all.
Of course, they don't need readers, either....
I don't quite know whether to be slightly insulted or quite flattered. It's a little of both. I'm not assuming I'm going to have you as a reader, am I? Oh well. It's true, it doesn't need a reader. I'm just going to see how it turns out.
