well its really nothing I couldnt figure out myself but am too lazy to stare at piles of Code in the DD CSS sheet for the Custom or the HTML for the page.

I know how to edit and apply changes to the Style Sheet so I can do that too if need be.

~1.Banner. I have a nifty banner I made for the page but cant figure out how to apply it in the area where the word AniDorks sits. and how to get rid ot that word.

~2.After applying a page. Which is in 650x850pxl the design warps. I figure it will fix when I use a smaller comic but the base width of the style I am guessing is 800px. What is a ideal size for the width of a comic?

Your comic title, Anidorks, shows up automatically. Why? Well, it's because of the DrunkDuck tag. If you want to replace the title with a banner, you must look for this code, <!--[COMIC_NAME]--> Find that tag, then replace it with <img src="http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e329/BakaFM/Banner-1.jpg" width="800" height="170" />

The ideal width of a comic is around 600-800.
