Can anyone tell me how to make a character Page... i need help please ^_^

You just have to make another HTML page, upload it as an extra and link to it from your main page.
go to "Manage extra files", click on your uploaded character page and that will show you the web address. Just copy that and use it to make the link. If your comic is using your own custom template, then just insert a html link in there. If it's one of the premade templates, you'll have to put the link in the comment using BB code.
