firstly, I wanted to put it in some bug report forum but couldn't find one, if there is please move it there .

Basically, I noticed that email notification doesn't work for some reason, I am not getting any "person replied to your thread" emails from DD. I did set it up to notify me of replies and I have my correct email in DD in I made sure it is not filtered by junk mail controls. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

There is, it's called Extermination Station, I'll move it there.

I'm not sure why you wouldn't be getting those, unless it's because there's no administrator email set up in the configuration and that makes your email host dump any DD forum emails into spam... have you checked your spam folder to make sure none made it in there anyway? I haven't tried getting email replies sent to me so I don't know if that has never worked or what. :/

OHHH.. I always thought extermination station is where spam went to...

And yes i did verify that, it is NOT being filtered as junk by either my email program or my antivirus or the comcast.net server.

Well, can you or someone else try it and see if it doesn't work for them either? (people always assume that if there is a bug its known and being fixed so they never report anything... it could be a problem for everyone)

See how it says contact the administrator to get help, and it has mailto: *nothing*?

Configure the admin email and it'll work.

I think I saw a thread though where someone didn't get the mail. Strange, that shoulda worked.

Mabye you have to set those other fields too. But I have no idea what to set them too (the STMP fields, some arangement of letters like that)
