I decided to make a new avatar because my old one sucked, so I go to drunkduck "controls" and try to change it, but then, it doesn't work. I tried over and over again and I tried my other pictures because I thought my picture was messed up, but the other pictures didn't work either... does anyone have an answer for this?

You have to reload your browser. Go to your Control Panel, upload the image and when the page is finished loading. Press CTRL-F5, which reloads the page, the image should be there.
