I didn't care for Negligence, neither did Hark. Interesting premise, but generic and boring humor paired randomly with shock value tactics presented with even more generic newspaper-comic illustration.
Thoughts?

you know why birds don't write their memoirs? because birds don't lead epic lives, that's why. who'd want to read what a bird does? nobody. that's who.
I stand by what I said, this comic just didn't work.
It never amused me on any level.
I might go so far as to say the review overly sugar coated my feelings.
Saying the premise is interesting was generous. I would say the premise is 'okay' and 'could work', but it is hardly a stroke of genius.

The later ones seem pretty humour focused to me.
Like that black kids whose only note worth trait is that hes black, he showed up in the more resent ones, and he seems to be aimed at being funny rather then driving the story.
Speaking of that black kid, I think you need to come up with some angles for him that don't revolve around him being black. It seems like the characters cant get through a strip without mentioning his blackness.
