1. Go to your comic site.

2. Add the text "admin.php" to the end of the URL in your address bar, hit ENTER.

3. Now log in. I'll PQ you guys your usernames and passwords.
4. The upload form is right on the main screen! And to add an author's comment, just press "Go Advanced" and it'll give you the full upload form, which was exactly what you saw before, but with the "Blurb" option. Don't forget to bookmark your control panel!

Now, unless you don't mind, you can change your password like this:
1. Go to your control panel, obviously.
2. Go to configuration.
3. Go to "Manage Users".
4. Click your name. (Please leave my name alone, so I can edit your site when needed.)
5. Change your password, and you're done. (Change your name too, if you want.)

Not yet, but next version there will be. It's a bit frustrating waiting for these things, but just hold on for about a month.

Depends on what you want. Liam wants to start over, so he's uploading weekly. Others like bocaj might want to upload, like, 20 a day, when they can, so that they can get old updates out of the way and keep the story going on your own terms.
