Questions:

Q: What is the purpose?

A: When I first went out with whom you know as Jabels, I wanted to make a comic series to make her laugh. After I saw how well it was going for me after a week, I decided to put it up on DD.

Q: Who IS NiK?

A: When I first start my whole “TeK” scene, he needed a sidekick. My good friend Nick, who was a huge computer geek, was sprited up, and used. It was just a random filler space who got the beginning couple jokes. He is not important in AZ at all. Just an idea of what might have been when TeK was born.

Q: What happened for those six months?

A: post break up. No further questions

Q: Why is Jabels and every other girl involved?

A: Cause I’m an idiot. I was told by my friend when I first hosted the comic that I should keep my relationship OUT of the comic, but then AZ wouldn’t be the same as we know it… I almost gave up on the comic a few times BECAUSE the secondary main character is now gone… and that hurts for a franchise. I’ve yet to find an excuse to fit that into the AZ plotline.

Q: Why Jabels? Why THAT name?

A: At the time, I was “obsessed” with the movie Tenacious D. Jack Black’s nick name was Jables, after his initials, JB. When I was talking to “her” about a sprite name, I randomly said Jabels (Her initials were also J and she stuck with it. I am mocked often of this damn mistake.

Q: What’s with Kuromu? He’s never around and doesn’t update like you say.

A: He doesn’t have programs like Photoshop like me. He’s not much of a spriter, though he’s the one who showed me the world and art of sprite. But he is my best friend so I can care less what anyone thinks of me or him. He’s part of my comic, so too bad.

Q: Can I be a cameo and or guest?

A: Hmmm… if you’re not annoying, I may consider.

Q: How do you make those sprites?

A: There is this Custom Sonic sprite style on “Mystical Forest Zone” I caught onto. I’m getting better at spriting, so I customized around with it and got what I got now. Now as for my NEW humans… pure ****ing luck.

Q: Can you make me sprites?

A: No. I have barely any time to make MYSELF sprites. I have a life. I play guitar, I have other things to do on the internet, I have school, I have a girlfriend. Comics are merely a hobby.

Q: Can you do a guest comic or do a collab with me?

A: If I have hard enough time on doing AZ, what the HELL do you think?

Q: What happened to AUTHORized Zone I? Is it on the net? Can I read it?

A: It USED to be on the net. It sucked pretty badly, but it had a nice concept I liked. I’m playing around with it a lot, which is why AZII is drastically changing in almost every comic. But I despise it now. It can only be found in the deep trenches of my hard drive, which I’ll prolly delete sometime.

Q: Will there be an Act: III?

A: Drew and I have been talking about separating AZII’s 100- rest because I REALLY hate the first hundred, dealing with relationships, and horrible, HORRIBLE, jokes and internet memes I find on Youtube or something. Only 2% of it I actually LIKE.

Q: If I make a fan comic, can you display it?

A: Drew mentioned this before… he said we’d use them as fillers, but I say I’ll start what is labeled as a side comic, but host all the fan comics and fan art and credit the artist and all that in the description.

Q: I wanna start a comic… what should I do?

A: Get a style of everything you want. Jokes, sprites, background, plot, etc. Plan everything thoroughly. I found out the hard way time and time again for five years.

Q: What’s the purpose of the AUTHORized Zone within the comic? Why does it keep changing?

A: Keep an eye out… We’re working on explaining the WHOLE purpose of the AUTHORized Zone… finally set in stone.

Q: What’s with these one timers? I mean, Syris? Loch?

A: Friends I originally planned on adding, but never got around to using good jokes on them.

Q: Why is the comic rating going from E to T? Why are the jokes getting more mature?

A: When I first started, I wanted to keep it Kiddie and everything, mostly to keep on my girlfriend’s (at the time) good side. But now that I’m through with that… I find these more mature jokes to be hilarious. I mean, when you watch a comedian, when they say mature jokes, those are usually the most funniest.

Q: Do you consider making a website for these comics?

A: Actually, yes. Drew and I (mostly Drew) knows some HTML, and we will be hosting everything there. Hopefully DD will be cool if we left that ONE reference to them in a comic…

Q: What do you have planned for the future of AZ?

A: If I told you that, that’d ruin the surprise… AND I’d have to kill you.

A2: Actually, No one can really tell what time will bring. Fame or fortune, or just a disastrous end just like all my other comics… and most other web comics. But it doesn’t matter to me… it’s just a hobby… I’m really focusing more on my band.
