Vote to see something special. They're small, furry and hang out with me while I draw comics. You'll never guess! Okay, maybe you will. Just go vote. One is at Buzzcomix, the other at TWC.
Hey! Thanks for the link....
however... myspace is one of those regional websites, all text comes up Japanese, making navigation impossible!
(-n-) so, I will have to wait until this bug is fixed to see Z&F... I WILL have withdraws if it takes too long!
Reconish has a point thats why I struggle so hard to keep Morning Squirtz family friendly! Its no wonder they are cracking up everyone knows a K650 Zirelion Disruptor pistol goes VVVPPP not ZZRRP.
ghostrunner: white noise... The movie? I think I saw that, wasn't too great. Laughable, indeed!
Fitz: be afraid, be very afraid!
jurbas: thanks!
SpANG: you and your dirty mind ;0) And, yes.. My pet ratties are here by choice! Rats make better pets than most realize.
Midge: wow, classic? Sweet! Glad you liked it!
antcomics: good! That was the idea, heehee.
angel: yay!
harryq: thank you!
nibbi: long time no see, thank you!
reconjsh: yay, "reconjsh approved!". Makes my day ;0) As for your point about the humor, I think the push-the-limit comics like Boondocks blow my dorky sometimes-un-PC humor out of the water when it comes to being "less-than-pristine". I'm hoping syndicates are looking for more edgy stuff-- but also keeping in mind that my chances of getting paid/published/come credit are getting greater and greater ONLINE than the traditional way, via syndication. I'm shooting for PG... Enough of the "fun stuff" without being off-limits for kids. Or, the fun stuff can just go over their heads.
I think this is a pretty great strip. The postures in the last panel are really great.
On a side note, I don't really see many syndicated newspaper comic strips making "Uranus" jokes. There's definitely some less than pristine (but quite funny) humor in ZF... could that be a factor in your rejection letter pile?
I don't think I'll vote today because I'm afraid of what I may see...
