Xum is a word that was created by Allan Wood. It is supposed to be the abbreviation for "excuse me" It is also the name of this comic. Xum was created after Allan and Ryan did a comic contest, called "The 600" Which was a contest on to see if they can do 300 comics in one month. To their surprise, the comic became well liked by the Drunk Duck community. Some of their readers even suggested that they should continue updating after the month was over. And so Xum was created. Ryan Wilson is the author/artist for Xum. Although there is no set update schedule, it always updates at least once a week.
