Well... depending on the method of destruction, assuming that by "blew up" would refer to ejecting mass out into and past orbit and not just shift it all around, then the gravitational well that holds the orbit of the moon would collapse slinging the moon either directly into the sun, or off into the outer solar system, possibly even leaving the system altogether, either way, should be a fun ride
