I did three pages in total today. Somehow I just felt like today would be the perfect day for this story to come to an end. It's cheerful end, too. Wow, 45 pages of silly.
Alright, this should answer who the Wisher was: Queen Nmaiishyah herself. This may not be such a surprise, but I'll tell you that everyone else would find it very surprising if they ever find out. The only one's who know are the Queen, Cirk and Nashaa (and I guess Ziiro).
Some things may not really make sense so I'm going to attempt to clarify.
For a wish to be granted is rare, but for someone who's royalty it's almost unheard of. The nature of the wish and the Wisher themself have to have extremely strong desire otherwise it'll become part of the muffled noise a Wish Granter hears on a daily basis. This is very significant that Queen Nmaiishyah's was heard and granted. And she didn't wish what most other people in her position would wish for (mind you, the royalty in this AU world at this current time are unique anyways). No, she wished for adventure. Apparently a silly adventure, too, but she enjoyed it. Oh, yeah, she was witnessing the whole thing, from start to finish.

Cirk is asking if Nashaa would have helped out the Queen in assuring this Wish was successful. Well basically. That's what he's saying in a very simple form. Anywho, Nashaa agrees she'd do the same, but then reminds him that she did anyways. She helped the group, remember? As odd as it sounds and mind-boggling as it appears, she wasn't part of the Wish, she walked parallel to it. Mezko mentions that in one of the previous pages. Cirk was another that walked parallel to it even if it seems he was a part of the Wish. The only other ones not affected? Believe it or not, Risha and Dozh-oc. Well also King Shamro and Lady Ptunaly, but that shouldn't really be that much of a surprise.
To be honest there's a lot I can say that hasn't been mentioned, but I think I'll mention just one thing.
"You'll be able to Grant again, Nashaa."
You may recall that Nashaa is sister to Thanaruu and Dabadee, both who are Wish Granters. That means Nashaa is one, too. There is a sad side to this story, but one I only vaguely demonstrated and something that is a bit too detailed to explain. Nashaa and Ziiro have a history together for good reason. Their friendship is considered astounding as it should not even be possible. Anywho, Cirk says that because Nashaa stopped granting a long time ago, partly unable to do it anymore and part choosing not to. It's been so long by this time that she's almost forgotten what it feels like. Having walked beside one (and a very powerful one at that) Cirk asks her how she feels now. Who knows, maybe she'll start granting again in the near future.
But that's another story for another day. This adventure is now over.
